Its simple to raise and lower TRIAK's mainsail and rig. While seated in the cockpit grab the boom with your left hand and pull it over your left shoulder then pull the slack and secure the boom-vang and you're off and sailing! To lower the rig hold the boom, release the boom-vang and the rig lowers onto the deck and is secured by two built in shock cords. This combination makes the TRIAK an ideal long-range expedition craft and great fun to take out for a day or weekend on virtually any body of water.

Quick, took-free assembly via 4 hand bolts (2 for the wing, 1 each for the amas) gets you to and from the water quickly and easily.

With the main hull unit weighing only 72-73 lbs. fully rigged, two TRIAKs can be put on the roof of one automobile.
