Originally designed by Charlton Bullock and updated in 2010 by Morrelli & Melvin Design & Engineering in California (see below), the TRIAK features easy transporting, excellent stability, great sailing and paddling performance, a dry comfortable ride, and great storage for expeditions. The TRIAK is fun for both beginners and experts whether out for day sail or for a several hundred-mile journey.

Born to Sail
The TRIAK was truly Born to Sail and is not a kayak with sailing as an afterthought. It's sleek, narrow hull is extremely efficient through the water. The design and position of the wing provide stability under sail and an unobstructed paddle stroke.
Easy to transport on your car
Tool-free assembly and the ability to transport on the top of your car mean you spend your time on the water, and no hassling with trailers and complicated rigging.
The TRIAK is quick to assemble and disassemble using 6 hand bolts and no tools.
Two complete boats fit on top of a vehicle for easy transport.
